人力资源管理视角下的团体依恋培养

摘    要:在团体就是竞争力的时代大背景下,参与竞争是团体的主要属性之一。而资金、信息、人才、知识已被视为团体在竞争中取得胜利的关键因素,其中作为个体的人才因素尤为重要。个体的各种属性必然随着个体加入团体自然而然地带入团体,而团体依恋是个体进入团体的一个重要因素,它直接影响着团体目标的确立,并且在人力资源中发挥着重要作用,同时也对人力资源管理提出了新的要求。

Abstract:With the background in which team work means competence,taking part in competition is one of teams' major features.Nowadays,fund,information,talent,and knowledge are the key elements for a team to win the competition,among which the individual talent is more critical.When individuals join a team,their various features will naturally be taken into the team.The sentimental attachment towards a team will be an important element for individuals to join it,which not only directly affects the team goal,but also plays an important role in human resource,and brings new requirements to human resource management in the meanwhile.
