| 摘 要： | 本文以台湾所推动的“南向政策”为观察点，探讨近20年来台湾与菲律宾的经贸活动。认为无论是在亚洲金融风暴发生之前或之后，赴菲律宾均非台商南向投资的首选，台商赴菲投资的意愿一向较其他东南亚各国低。

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of ＂southing Policy＂ promoted by Taiwan, this paper probes into the economic and trading activities between Taiwan and the Philippines over the past 20 years. It argues that before and after the Asian financial crisis, the Philippines have not been the optimal destination for Taiwanese businessmen＇ s Southward investments, Taiwanese businessmen have always been less willing to go to the Philippines than those from other Southeast Asian countries. |
