城市化的动力——工业化和三产化

本文阐述了新概念——三产化，提出了工业化、三产化指标由产值比例和就业比例共同组成的思路，在分析城市化与工业化关系的基础上，探讨了城市化与三产化、城市化与非农化（工业化和三产化）的关系，论述了城市化的双动力——工业化和三产化，借鉴城市化曲线，提出了工业化曲线和三产化曲线，定量分析了中国城市化与三产化、城市化与非农化（工业化和三产化）的关系，得出了三产化逐渐取代工业化成为城市化的主要动力，工业化成为城市化的基本动力。

The Driving Force of the Urbanization——Industrialization and Tertiary Industrialization

In this article, the authors brought forward and explained a new conception--tertiary industrialization, then brought forward a new viewpoint,that is,the index values of industrialization and tertiary industrialization were formed by the production value proportion and employment proportion. Based on the analysis of urbanization and industrialization,discussed the relationship between the urbanization and the tertiary industrialization,the relationship between the industrialization and the tertiary industrialization, expounds the double driving forces of the urbanization--the industrialization and the tertiary industrialization, furthermore, the authors drew the curves of the industrialization and the tertiary industrialization referring to the curve of urbanization. Analyzing quantitatively the relationship between the urbanization and the tertiary industrialization, the relationship of urbanization, industrialization and the tertiary industrialization.
