| Abstract: | The process the judges applying the Criminal laws to get conclusion is the process the judges interpre- ting Criminal Laws.The way the judges interpreting Criminal Laws is the way they obeying the principal of a legally prescribed punishment for a specified crime.At the same time the judges interpreting Criminal laws exists with the system of interpretation of law. |
