| 摘 要： | 权利观是法律观念的重要内容与表现形式。权利观生成的基本前提主要有四个方面。商品经济的发展是权利观生成的物质性前提；权利与利益需求的出现是权利观生成的客观性前提；权利文化的发展是权利观生成的文化性前提；权利人的造就是权利观生成的主体性前提。

| Abstract: | The view of rights is a major part and embodied in ideas of law.The view of rights can be generated under four basic preconditions:the development of commodity economy is the material precondition;the need of rights and interest is the objective precondition;the development of culture of rights is the cultural precondition;and the cultivation of man pursuing rights is the subjective precondition. |
