当前我国正处于改革的矛盾凸显期,弱势群体问题比以往任何时候都突出,已经成为影响社会稳定、经济发展和社会公正的重要因素。加强对弱势群体的政策法律保护,是我们建设和谐社会亟待解决的一个重要问题。必须实现我国弱势群体的保障性政策法律制度和发展性政策法律制度创新。

An Analysis on Innovative Ways of the Protection System for Social Vulnerable Groups

Along with the deepening of reform,China has faced many contradictions.The problem concerning social vulnerable groups has popped out and become an important factor that would influence social stabilization,economic development and social justice.In the process of establishing harmonious society,an important issue is to protect social vulnerable groups with policy and law and to improve legal system for protection of social vulnerable groups.Therefore,we must realize the innovation concerning protective legal system and develop legal system for social vulnerable groups.
