| 摘 要： | 警务督察作为一种执法行为,唯有严格实施,才能充分发挥督察的惩处与规范的功能,才能有效强化警察责任和警察意识。在警察权益维护机制尚不健全的前提下,警务督察同样应积极担负起维护警察合法权益的责任,为提高督察效能、充分发挥其保障与服务功能奠定坚实的人文基础。

| Abstract: | Police supervision,as a way of law enforcement,can best exert its functions of punishing,regulating and strengthening police responsibility and awareness only when it is strictly practiced.Under the condition of incomplete maintenance mechanism for police rights and interests,police supervision section is supposed to take on the responsibility of guarding legal rights and interests of police and establishing a solid humanistic foundation to promote supervision efficiency and better practice its function of safeguarding and service. |
