转型期我国工人利益表达方式及特点分析

Analysis of the Expression Patterns and Traits of the Interest of Chinese Workers in the Transitional Period

In the wake of the growth of market economy,the polarization is increasing between Chinese social structure and interests.The premise of the government representing the overall public interests is the full expression of them and full reflection of various interest groups.However,there are a great number of issues like passiveness,non-organization,non-institutionalization and decentralization,which not only cause the unbalance of industrial relations,but also aggravate social conflicts.Thus,it is a crucial way to enhance the expressing function of union interests by employing social interests balancing mechanism aimed at protecting workers’ general benefits.
