| 摘 要： | 警务攀登、越障训练是根据警察职业的性质和需要而开展起来的一项特殊的警察体育活动,是警察体育的基础.通过攀登、越障的训练能提高警察的警务实战技能、磨练警察的意志品质,直接为提高警察战斗力服务.在誊务攀登、越障训练过程中,警察的心理素质和其他身体素质相比更显重要.所以在训练中,要有意识地加强警察的心理素质的训练.
