The GPS armed patrolling cars have advantages in exact orientation,fast reaction,convenient joint action and good adaptability,etc.And its power has become evident since Shanghai public security organs introduced and exercised it.In order to give full play to the advantages of GPS armed patrolling cars farthest,Changning Branch of Shanghai Public Security Bureau has explored a lot since the beginning,and realized the vertical and intensive operating pattern.It has three advantages in high highrate of appearance,high rate of management and high rate of arrest in the public security practice,and remedy the shortcomings and deficiency of traditional patrolling pattern.
