| Abstract: | is the year with great or emergent events in international or domestic world happening frequently. In this year, on one hand, the legal research of our country is affected by these events and shows the distinctive age characteristic. On the other hand, the legal research of our country still forges ahead carrying on the established track ,which is the research serving the construction of market economic and nation ruling by law, focusing on the research topic for legislation , hot spot and knotty problems for legal practice and scientific system. |
