| 摘 要： | 如何有效培养创新型人才是高职院校面临的新课题,通过对浙江省部分高职院校课外创新能力培养现状的分析研究,阐述第二课堂作为激发创新精神与创造能力的重要作用,总结现有培养方式存在的不足,提出构建规范化、系统化学生课外创新能力培养体系的必要性。

| Abstract: | How to effectively cultivate innovative talents is the new issue faced by vocational colleges.Through the analysis and research on the status of cultivating extracurricular innovation ability in some vocational colleges in Zhejiang province,the paper analyzes the important role of second class in stimulating the innovative spirit and creative ability,sums up the shortcomings of the existing training methods,and puts forward the necessity to build a standardized and systematic system for cultivating students＇ extracurricular innovative ability. |
