Academic Analysis and Trial Application of Atypical Crime

Atypical crime is a kind of crime which is different from the traditional model of crime; it is neither equal to the abnormal crime,nor equal to the so-called new types of crime. Atypical crime is a type of crime which has not been familiar known to people. Its characteristic is that the whole crime course is not familiarly structured or not totally structured by the criminologists. The course of the formation of a-typical crime and its classification are much different from traditional crime. Trial applications and crime prevention are required to establish a new theoretical templates,with focus on individual cases.
