现代化背景下女性犯罪问题及其应难——女性犯罪与女性社会角色转变

现代化进程产生的一个后果之一是女性犯罪逐渐增多。最近30余年来，随着我国现代化进程的启动和逐渐推进，社会结构明显转型，价值观念明显变化，我国女性犯罪率也逐渐上升，女性犯罪问题显露并引起了社会的关注。传统犯罪学向来是以成年男性犯罪为基本标本的，对女性犯罪关注较少，因此，女性犯罪问题及其解决还有待于进一步的研究。当今我国女性犯罪问题的研究有多维角度，社会角色及其转变即是其中一种。

Female Crime and Its Response in a Modernization Perspective Female Crime and the Transition of Female Social Role

The female crime has been increasing gradually, as the modernization steps forward. In the recent 30 years,with the launch of modernization process and its advancing,we have made a marked trans formation in the social structure and a significant change in the values. As a result, the female crime rate ri ses step by step,which is arousing the concern of the whole society. However,traditional criminology is based on the samples of male criminals, paying less attention to female ones; therefore, female crime and its solution need further study. The research upon female crime in today＇s China may be done in multidimen sional perspectives,among which are the social role theory and the transition of social role.
