| 摘 要： | 企业家犯罪的研究是从犯罪主体方面来看待犯罪,它与西方犯罪学中的白领犯罪并不重合,企业家犯罪可以分为国有企业家犯罪和民营企业家犯罪,它根植于企业家生存的物质生活条件,包括制度因素。对此类犯罪进行遏制需要刑事法网的严密和改善,同时要结合社会管理创新的大背景才能奏效。

| Abstract: | The research of entrepreneurs crime lies on the subject aspect of crime.It doesn＇t coincide with the white-collar crime in western criminology.Entrepreneurs crime can be divided into state-owned entrepreneur crime and private entrepreneur crime.It is rooted in the material conditions in which entrepreneurs live including the institutional factors.Only by tightening criminal net and consummating it can we contain such crimes.In the mean time,the sound effects should be combined with the backgrounds of social management system innovation. |
