| 摘 要： | 严厉打击拐卖人口犯罪是我国政府长期坚持不懈的政策,但是拐卖人口犯罪是一个复杂的社会问题,屡打不绝。其发生的根源有经济发展水平不平衡、需求旺盛的买方市场、相关法律法规不完善以及缺乏＂打拐＂长效联动机制等原因,应完善相关法律法规、大力发展经济、建立＂打拐＂长效联动机制、利用新技术＂打拐＂、做好被解救妇女儿童的善后工作等,以有效预防、打击此类犯罪,促进社会和谐。
