| 摘 要： | 公安机关的＂大情报＂系统建设是公安社会管理创新的必然要求,目前,公安机关在＂大情报＂系统建设意识、公安信息情报合作等方面都存在一系列的问题,通过树立情报信息主导警务理念、建立警务合作机制、开发情报信息软件系统平台及建立情报信息保障系统等方面推动公安机关＂大情报＂系统的发展和完善,将会达到信息情报的动态化、高效化运转,从而更好地为公安社会管理工作服务。
