| 摘 要： | 当前偷渡案件中犯罪手段呈现出隐蔽化、组织化、智能化的特点,偷渡组织已发展成为国际化犯罪集团,一般的侦查对策难以充分收集到深层次犯罪情报、证据及线索。偷渡案件侦查工作中存在案件经营时间长、成本高、偷渡组织者定罪有法律争议、取证难、缺乏国际警务合作等问题。针对这些偷渡案件侦查中的问题,在偷渡案件中侦查机关应树立情报意识,开展内线侦查,以有效遏制、打击偷渡犯罪。
