| Abstract: | Through the research on the subjects of the notarial legal responsibility,the basic principles of assuming the legal respon-sibility,and the classification of the legal responsibility,this paper mainly discusses the legal responsibility of notaries public tostandardize the notarial legal actions,construct and perfect the notarial legal system that is geared to international standards and consistent with our national conditions. |
