| 摘 要： | 生命科技犯罪是生命科技发展负面效应的集中显现。未来生命科技犯罪主要有三个方面的发展趋向,即:犯罪带来的危害将日益严重,犯罪领域将进一步扩大,有组织犯罪、团伙犯罪与单位犯罪将越发增多。生命科技犯罪的应对离不开一般法律手段,但更需要刑法的介入。为了更好应对生命科技犯罪,《刑法》应当作相应修改。

| Abstract: | Biotechnology-related crimes are the concentrated reflection of the negative effect of biotechnology development.We may see the following three developmental trends in future biotechnology crimes: the harm brought about by these crimes will be increasingly serious,more fields for the crimes will be involved,and organized crimes,gang crimes and organizational crimes will increase all the more.We can do nothing to deal with biotechnology crimes without legal means,and we need more criminal law involvement.Accordingly,The PRC Criminal Law should be amended in order for us to better cope with biotechnology crimes. |
