关于我国消费者公益司法救济难的思考

目前，我国严重损害消费者公益事件时有发生，但消费者公益得到司法救济的情况极少。其主要原因在于，现行诉讼制度设计不合理，司法救济渠道不通畅。我国消费者公益诉讼救济存在制度障碍和司法不利因素，应完善我国消费者公益司法保护制度。

Reflections on the Difficulties of Commonweal Judicial Relief for Consumers in China

At present, the incidents of severe damage to consumers＇ commonweal occur from time to time with few cases receiving judicial relief. The major reasons lie in the irrational design of lawsuit system and the obstructed channel of judicial relief. This paper analyzes the barriers and the disadvantageous factors in the way of judicial relief and put forwards some proposals on the perfection of consumers＇commonweal judicial protection system.
