| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展和人们相互间交往活动的增多,各类民间纠纷以及由民间纠纷引发的治安和刑事案件也在不断增多。综合治理民间纠纷引发的伤害案件,可以预防因矛盾激化而产生的不良后果,消除社会不安定因素。公安机关在调处民间纠纷活动中应发挥更大的作用。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and the increase of interpersonal activities, various civil dispute and peace order and criminal cases brought about by civil dispute are constantly increasing. Comprehensively administering the hurt cases caused by civil dispute can prevent the adverse consequence resulted from the sharpened contradiction, hence removing uncertain factors. Public security organ should give a better play in dealing with the civil dispute. |
