| 摘 要： | 我国二元户籍制度改革已经在全国各地轰轰烈烈地展开，各大中城市出台的户籍新政如雨后春笋破土而出，形成了目前全国户籍改革各自为政的局面。本文通过对现行户籍改革新政、各大城市户籍改革现状的分析，总结我国户籍制度改革现状，探询统一有效的户籍制度改革方案。

| Abstract: | The reform of different residence registration system is being carried out vigorously in all parts of the country.Especially in big cities,new residence policies emerge like bamboo shoots after a spring rain and form a state which differs from each other in all aspects.This paper summarizes the current situation of residence system through analyzing the new residence policies,current situation of residence reform in various big cities,so as to explore a united and effective scheme of residence reform. |
