| 摘 要： | 建设“民主法制、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序”的和谐团校是团校一项长期的工作。团校的历史定位是团干培训。随着市场经济的发展,团校自身学历教育萎缩的现状呼唤团校解决发展中遇到的种种问题和矛盾。坚持团干培训主业,融入市场,提高教学科研质量,提升服务竞争意识,解决发展中的矛盾,是最终实现团校和谐发展的重要途径。

| Abstract: | It is a long-term project to build harmonious Youth League school with a democratic and legal system,fair justice,sincere friendliness,and dynamic stable order.History of the Communist Youth League school decides that its function is to train the Communist Youth League cadre.With the development of market economy,Youth League school's own current withering education situation is calling for Communist Youth League school to solve all sorts of problems and contradictions appearing in the development.Insisting on League cadre training,incorporating the market,raising teaching scientific research quality,promoting service competition consciousness and solving the developing contradiction,are the important means to realize harmonious development of the Youth League school. |
