| 摘 要： | 中国法律文化总体上处于一种多元、落后和冲突状态,但也存在着整合的可能。中国法律文化的构建就是对当前中国社会中多元性的法律文化的整合过程,这是一个从多元冲突到共同繁荣的发展过程。通过交流、沟通、互动、吸收、整合来消解冲突,进而构建起一个先进的和谐的法律文化系统,为我国的法治现代化和司法制度改革提供强大的精神动力。

| Abstract: | Chinese legal culture is in a pluralistic,backwardness and conflict state,but there is also the possibility of integration.Chinese legal culture is the process of integration of the diverse legal culture in the current Chinese society.This is a development process from multivariate conflict to the common prosperity.We should build a harmonious system of legal culture through the exchange of communication,interaction,absorption,integration to digestion conflict,in order to provide a strong spiritual power for China’s legal modernization and reform of the judicial system. |
