试论城市化进程中的民族关系及其评价指标体系

社会主义民族关系的建立,是民族关系史上的一次伟大转折,同时,社会主义时期,又是新型民族关系不断得到巩固和发展的时期。平等、团结、互助、和谐,各民族共同发展繁荣,是社会主义民族关系的本质特征,也是其重要目标指向。现阶段,城市化与新型民族关系的发展具有时代的同步性,在城市化推动下,经过"矛盾冲突多发期"与"和谐相处稳定期",走向"融和",是社会主义民族关系发展的总趋势。应从"民族平等度、民族团结度、民族互助合作度、民族和谐度、民族发展度"五方面建立指标体系,来监测城市化过程中民族关系的发展进程。

National Relations in the Course of Urbanization and Appraise Index System

The building-up of socialism's national relations is a great transition in the national relations history.At the same time,the new national relations get consolidation and develop in the socialism period.Equality,unity,mutual aid,harmony,and common prosperity develop of every nation is the intrinsic characteristics of socialism's national relations and target.On the present stage,urbanization and development of the new model national relations is simultaneous.Pushed by urbanization,pass through "Contradiction conflict time" and "harmony and stationary phase",get to fuse,is a general trend of socialism's national relations.We ought to build index system from five aspects of the equality of nationalities,national unity,the nation helps each other,the nation harmonious and the nation develop,and monitor development of national relations in the course of urbanization.
