关于我国社会保障制度问题的探析

健全的社会保障体系,有利于保证改革的顺利推进.文章通过对我国社会保障制度发展过程中存在的共性、个性及社会保障制度本身存在问题的分析,有针对性地提出了加快社会保障体系改革的思路提高社会保障的社会化程度,切实加强社会保障制度与社会经济体制改革的协调配合,建立起收、支、管、投四个环节相对分离的社会保障管理体制.

A Study of China's Social Security System

A sound social security system can ensure successful implementation of China's reform.In the article,the ways to step up course of the reform of the social security system are suggested.They are to make the social security system more socialized,coordinate the social security system with the reform of the social economic system and set up the management system of the social security under which the four links (revenue,expenditure,management and investment)are relatively separated.
