| 摘 要： | 在我国 ,保安处分立法有其重要的社会意义 :保安处分立法的宗旨同我国基本刑事政策相一致 ;我国保安处分立法已具备良好的法律环境 ,它是治理当今中国社会治安的需要 ,符合世界刑法发展的趋势 ;保安处分立法能弥补刑罚的不足 ,达到完善我国刑事制裁措施的目的。

| Abstract: | In China, the security punishment legislation is of great social significance. Its purpose is in agreement with the basic criminal policy in China. It's in favorable legal circumstances and is the need of the public security of the current Chinese society. It also fits in with the developing trend of the world criminal law, and can make up for the deficiency of the criminal law so as to reach the target of perfecting the criminal punishment measures in China. |
