| 摘 要： | 构建乡镇政府公共品供给能力的评估指标体系,是科学评估乡镇政府公共品供给能力的前提。本文首先界定乡镇政府公共品供给能力的内涵和构成,然后逐一讨论关于构建我国乡镇政府公共品供给能力评估指标体系的原则、目标、指标体系、评估标准和权重等问题,最后构建一个评估乡镇政府公共品供给能力指标体系的总表。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the township government's ability of supplying public goods scientifically,we should firstly build the evaluating criterion system about it.In this paper,the author defines the meaning and the structure of the township government's ability to supply public goods at first,and then discusses some questions about the evaluation criterion system,such as the evaluation principle,goals,its index system,the evaluation standards and its proportion.In the end,the author also composes a table about evaluating the township government's ability of supplying public goods. |
