| 摘 要： | 传统上的“哲学无用论”以及对侦查学研究目的的误读使侦查哲学研究付之阙如。侦查哲学的出现因应了哲学研究的当代转向；侦查哲学的整体性具有克服侦查科学的形而上学性的功能；侦查学理论的发展需要侦查哲学对侦查科学的反思与批判；侦查哲学丰富了侦查学理论体系。
