| 摘 要： | 权威人士认为 ,物权合意就是物权行为的意思表示。我对此观点提出挑战。我认为 ,“物权合意”并非物权行为的意思表示 ,而只是物权行为意思表示的一个阶段。本文首次提出阶段论观点 ,以供商榷。
