| 摘 要： | 低碳理念已经逐渐深入到社会生活的各个方面。从低碳理念的视角来看,实现党的长期执政必须讲究执政成本,注重创新执政成本的机制。实行低碳执政,提高执政效率,必须加强执政党的自身建设,建设一个节约型政党,打造一个廉价型政府,处理好效率与公平的关系。

| Abstract: | The concept of low-carbon has increasingly entered into every aspect of society.Thus,the realization of the Party's long ruling should consider ruling cost and the innovation of ruling cost system.It is necessary for the realization of ruling with low-carbon concept and the improvement of ruling efficiency to strengthen its self-construction,build economical Party and cheap Party and settle well the relations between efficiency and fairness. |
