| 摘 要： | 面对经济一体化和区域一体化潮流，相互依存、相互合作已成为地区间关系发展的重要趋势。整合地方关系成为中国环北部湾经济区各地方及其他区域地方关系发展的必然方向。现阶段中国环北部湾经济区地方关系整合的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战并存，协调基础设施、改善软环境、建设中央协调机构等方面是近期该区域地方关系整合的现实选择。

| Abstract: | In the face of the trend of economic integration and regional integration,interdependence and cooperation have become an important tendency of the development of local ties.Integration of local ties has become an inevitable drift of the development of local ties in the Economic Zone of China's Beibu Gulf rim and other areas.At present,strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges coexist in the process of integration of local ties in the Economic Zone of China's Beibu Gulf rim.The realistic choice of integration of local ties in this area is to coordinate infrastructure,to improve soft environment and to establish central government organizations. |
