外国人非法就业治理的国外经验借鉴

我国对外国人非法就业管理上存在不足，外国人非法就业成为外国人管理中的一个难题。要着眼于外国尤其是传统的移民国家在治理外国人非法就业的方法和经验，结合我国治理非法就业所面临的形势和问题，探索外国人非法就业治理的措施。

Experience of Alien Illegal Employment Administration from Abroad

As the rapid development of Chinese economic society and the deepening of China~ opening up to the outside world, foreigners in mainland China increase yearly. As a result alien illegal employment tends to in- crease as well. Due to the wide scope and region of alien illegal employment, its administration becomes a tough problem. This paper focuses on the means and experiences from aboard in handling alien illegal employment and puts forward countermeasures to administrate alien illegal employment in China.
