The Influence of Stratum Structure Change on Behavior of Local Government

The political attitudes of different social groups has the important influence on the behavior of local government in the reforming society. Viewed from investigation of the political attitude of social groups of Guangzhou, the different social group impels inevitably the government tochange his function to the demand of the public goods and the public service ,the interests conflict among different colonies requires the local government to promote the adaptability to response of the crisis. The different partialities of communal participation call the local government to innovate the mode of public administration. All this is of the significance for promoting the local administration.
