| 摘 要： | 政府与市场的关系，已经成为现代社会发展的核心问题。市场是资源配置的基础性手段，但不是万能的；政府的计划作为资源配置的手段，也有缺陷。因此，处理好政府与市场的关系，使市场在政府宏观调控下对资源配置起基础性作用，是中国经济健康发展的重要保障。

| Abstract: | The relation between government and market has become the key question in development of modern society.Market as the basic means in disposing resources is not all-powerful;government 's plan as means in disposing resources also has its defects.Therefore,properly handling the relation between government and market,and making market play fundamental function in disposing resources under government 's microregulation and control will be the important guarantee in the healthy development of economy in China. |
