| 摘 要： | 山西省黑社会性质组织犯罪呈上升趋势 ,由团伙犯罪迅速向黑社会性质组织犯罪演化 ;地域分布广 ;犯罪组织类型分明 ,且危害日益严重。今后山西省的黑社会性质组织犯罪将在犯罪数量、犯罪类型、犯罪组织化程度和犯罪区域等方面有所变化。

| Abstract: | At present in Shanxi province, crime of underground society organization is going up and its harm is becoming more serious. The crime has presented evolution quickly from gang crime to crime of underground society organization, vastness within the criminal zone and clear type of criminal organization. It puts forward that in the future the crime will vary in criminal number, criminal type, degree of criminal organization and criminal zone. |
