新时期中国共产党的人民主体思想是对中国传统“民本”思想的扬弃,是对毛泽东、邓小平人民主体思想的继承和发展。中国共产党新时期人民主体思想的具体体现是:“三个代表”重要思想、执政为民思想、关注和解决“民生问题”的思想。
