民事执行检察监督制度研究

近年来,应对困扰司法界的＂执行难＂问题理论界和实务界要求检察机关开展民事执行检察监督工作的呼声越来越高,最高人民法院和最高人民检察院也于2011年联合下发了《关于在部分地方开展民事执行活动法律监督试点工作的通知》,在山西、内蒙古等12个省、自治区、直辖市开展民事执行活动监督试点工作,这既是为形成有效的民事执行检察监督制度打基础,做铺垫,也显示了两高解决执行难问题的坚定信心。

Study of the procuratorial supervision system on the civil enforcement

In recent years,the difficulty of implementation made the theory and practice communities require the procuratorial organs to carry out the procuratorial supervision on the civil enforcement.the Supreme People’s Court and Supreme People’s Procuratorate in 2011 jointly issued "on the experimental work of the procuratorial supervision on the civil enforcement in some places" and carried out the experimental work in Shanxi,Inner Mongolia and other 12 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government,which is not only a basis to form an effective procuratorial supervision system on the civil enforcement,but also shows the firm confidence of the Supreme People’s Court and Supreme People’s Procuratorate to solve the problem of difficult enforcement.
