论网络消费者权益的法律保护

近年来，中国网络购物交易规模快速发展。但是我国网络消费者权益保护存在我国有关法律对网络交易的监管滞后、经营者消费者之间关系不平等等诸多问题，侵害消费者安全权现象严重。为此，文中探讨了完善我国网络消费者权益保护的法律对策，社会和政府负起其应有的责任与义务，把建立和完善网络交易安全的立法提到议事El程上来，才能减少和避免纠纷的发生，才能提高人们网络购物的积极性，才能促进网络购物的健康发展，进而对我国国民经济作出积极影响。

On the legal protection of the interests of network consunmers

In recent years,online shopping transaction has been rapidly developed.However,there is regulatory lag for online transactions in China’s relevant laws and the inequality of the relationship between the operators and consumers in the protection of China’s network consumer,which is against the consumer right.Therefore,this article explores the legal countermeasures to the perfection of the protection of the interests of network consumers.Society and government should assume their due responsibilities and obligations to establish and perfect the legislation of the security of online transactions,which can reduce and avoid the occurrence of disputes,improve people’s online shopping,promote the healthy development of the online shopping,and thus make a positive impact on our national economy.
