| 摘 要： | 全部为间接证据的案件往往表现为言词证据缺失或者言词证据表现为间接证据的案件。全部为间接证据的案件,是一种较特殊的案件,因而其证据的审查判断必须遵守特殊的规则,其中包括间接证据的属实性、一致性、完整性、排他性和合理性。通过"链接法"、"排除法"、"反证法"的运用,得出唯一的、排他的正确结论。

| Abstract: | The case of all the indirect evidences is often manifested in the case lack of the oral evidence or that the oral evidence is the indirect evidence.The case of all the indirect evidences is a special case,and thus its review and judgment of the evidences must abide by special rules,including the reality,consistency,completeness,exclusivity and rationality of the indirect evidence.Draw the only exclusive right conclusion through the application of the methods of "link","exclusion" and "reductio ad absurdum". |
