| 摘 要： | "职务犯罪年轻化"的趋势与社会环境、思想观念的变化密切相关,既有微观层次上个人素质的原因,也有宏观层次上制度结构的原因.本文在对青年干部职务犯罪及其成因进行分析的基础上,着眼于从思想源头遏制入手,重新构建了预防青年干部职务犯罪的思路,并提出了相应的措施.

| Abstract: | The trend of younger of duty criminal is closely related to the social environment and people's opinions, which is due to not only personal qualities on the microcosmic level but also the structure of system on the macroscopic level. This article sets up the thinking route of the prevention of duty criminal of young cadres anew on the ground of the analysis of duty criminal of young cadres and its cause of formation in terms of the containment origin of thoughts. It also puts forward the corresponding measures. |
