| 摘 要： | 保持耕地总量动态平衡是国家保护耕地、保障人们基本生活需求、实现我国土地资源可持续利用的重要举措。山东省保持耕地总量动态平衡中的影响因素较多 ,最主要的是人口增长对耕地保护的影响。保持耕地总量动态平衡的对策主要是 :控制人口增长 ,加强政府对耕地的保护的调控管理 ,处理好经济建设与耕地保护的关系

| Abstract: | Realizing cultivated land gross dynamic equilibrium is an important action of protecting cultivated land, ensuring people basic life demand, realizing Chinese land sustainable utilization. There are many factors that influence to keep the dynamic equilibrium of gross. The most important one is the raising of population. The main countermeasures are following: controlling the raising of population, strengthening the government regulation and management of the cultivated land protection, well handling the relation between the construction of economy and it. |
