用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的有效途径

党十七大报告提出“积极探索用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的有效途径“,这是党的宣传思想战线面临的一项新的时代课题,也是必须在实践中解决好的艰巨任务。本文认为必须强化用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的指导性、针对性、创新性。及时了解思想理论领域的各种倾向性问题、增强党的思想理论工作的说服力和感召力、营造舆论强势形成社会共识、把社会主义核心价值体系融入国民教育和精神文明建设全过程等是用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的有效途径。

Effective Ways of Guiding Trends of Thought by Socialism Core Value System

It is declared in the Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC that "we will explore effective ways of guiding trends of though by socialism core value system" . This is a new issue of the era faced by the publicity and ideology battlefront of the Party, and also a hard task that must be executed well in practice. This paper argues that the direction, pertinence and innovation of guiding trends of thought by socialism core value system must be intensified. Some effective ways are suggested as follows: mastering the problems regarding the orientation in the field of ideology, increasing the persuasive and touching force of the Party's ideological work, building up a good situation of public opinion to reach common understanding in the society, and integrating the socialism core value system into the full course of citizen education and spiritual civilization construction.
