Professionalism Fostering to Police Officers in Procuratorates

With the obvious functions of procuratorates in cracking-down,supervision,education,prevention and protection,the tasks of police officers in procuratorates to guarantee case handling safety are increasingly heavy.The new situation and new tasks set higher requirements to the development of the judicial police.It becomes urgent to set up a mode for fostering professional judicial police officers.This article defines principles and objectives of fostering such police officers and clarifies the fostering mode.
