| 摘 要： | 在封建制社会，狱吏腐败成为一种普遍现象。其主要表现在：一是“以狱为市”，贪赃枉法；二是拘系无常，法外用刑；三是非法杀囚，枉害人命。狱吏腐败是封建监狱管理的必然结果。
