乡镇党委领导成员直接差额选举的实践与探索

Now the leading members of the township Party Committee in direct multi- candidate election is still in the pilot stage, we should deal well with the following issues： entry qualifications, democratic recommendation, the principle of the Party in charge of cadres management and suiting measures to different villages and towns.
