The local investment and finance platform has played an important role in large-scale urban development and promoting chlna＇s response to crises and expanding domestic demand. However. there are still some potential prohlems on structure and risks of operation. Our eountry should improve the transparency of investment and finance platform, perfect the management structure of the company; regalate/he investment and finance platforms according to the law, standardize the project management of the financing investment platform; normalize the loan guarantee mechanism and pedbct the loan payment proteetion system; perfect the financial investment activities supervision system and strengthen The local gevernment＇ s investment andfinance responsibility syslem ; deefren the financial tax form and improve the local government＇s bonds issue regulations to ensure the continuous safety and stability ofthe whole financial order.
