| Abstract: | Historically,multilateralism of investment treaties has been failed,such as the Havana Charter of 1948,MAI of OECD,TRIMS of WTO.Contrarily,BIT and RTA are in the boom way.But we can still find that the trends to the multilateralism of international investment law.The need for practical and structural and coherence is impelling the investment treaty towards the multilateralism.But we need to solve some key issues concerning the future multilateral investment treaty,such as what kind of international organization,dispute settlement mechanism and the relationship between existed investment treaties and the future multilateral investment treaty.If we can solve these problems,multilateral investment treaty can be realized in the near future. |
