The undergraduate students have been allowed to participate in the judicial examination,which has a strong impact to our law education,also,it is necessary to correctly handle the relationship of the legal education and the judicial examination.In view of the feature of the civil law,also,which has important position in the undergraduate education law and judicial examination,also embodies the conflict and harmonious in law education and judicial examination.By a rational view of negative effects on legal undergraduate education and judicial examination,combined with local characteristics and status of local colleges,we should promote the teaching reform of civil law of the undergraduate under the background of the judicial examination,so as to realize the positive interaction and coordinated development between the judicial examination and the law undergraduate education.
